How our fundraising program works!

  • Step #1 – Fill out our Non-Profit Organization registration form
  • Step #2 – Fill out a W-9 Form
  • Step #3 – Fax the completed W-9 form, along with proof of Non-Profit Status (i.e. 501(c)(3)form or other proof of Non-Profit).  Fax to 925-737-7950

You will receive an Information Packet, that includes brochures for your members.  This packet will help YOU spread the word on how easy, convenient, and fun, product evaluations can be.  Use the information in your packet to communicate this Fundraising Program to your members. 

  • Step #4 - Your members must register to be a product evaluator 
  • Step #5 -  On question #34 of the product evaluator registration, your member must enter your Non-Profit Organization name and the last 4 digits of your Non-Profit Tax ID number.  This ensures your incentive is paid to your Non-Profit Organization. 

Each member who registers will earn a $5 gift card and your organization will receive $5.


Once your members register, they may be eligible to participate in Product Evaluations at our Pleasanton facility, we conduct evaluations throughout the year, and your members may be contacted to participate:

  • Your members will earn $25 or More for your Organization for each test completed.
  • Tests include:  Taste Tests, Product Evaluations, Interviews, Group Discussions & In-Home Use Tests.
