How do I register to become a CLC panelist?
Choose the Individual Registration option above to begin the process and complete all the questionnaires. These questionnaires, which take approximately 20 minutes to complete, help us identify consumers who will be eligible to participate in our product evaluations.
I am already registered with The CLC. How do I get into your new system?
To update your information and receive a personal ID and password, choose the Individual Registration option above to begin the process. You will be prompted to enter your contact information, and our system should recognize you. Once you receive your ID and password, you may need to update some consumer questionnaires to complete the process.
What happens if I forgot My User ID or Pin?
If you have forgotten your login information, choose the Log In option above. At the bottom of the Log In page, click on the link “Forgot your ID or PIN?” you will then be prompted to enter some personal information to generate your login information.
Can I change my User ID?
Unfortunately we are not able to change your User ID. The system will use your primary phone number as your ID. If you get a new phone number, you may update the number in the system, but it will not change your original User ID.
Can I change my password/PIN?
Yes, you have the option to change your password/PIN at anytime. Login to MyCLC and select the “Change My Pin” option at the bottom of the. You will then be prompted to enter a new PIN.
How do I refer my friends?
The CLC is always looking for new faces! You can refer your friends or family members to the CLC through your MyCLC site. Login to MyCLC and select the “Refer a friend or family member” option at the bottom of the page. Enter their full name and email address. An email will be sent from the CLC with all the information they need to register. For every new friend that you refer to the CLC that completes the registration process, you will get a $5 Starbucks or Target gift card!
How will I know if there is a study I can participate in?
With your new MyCLC page, you will automatically be kept up to date with studies you may qualify for. Log into your MyCLC page to view a list of available studies.
What do I get for participating?
For participating in product evaluations, you can choose to receive a gift card or a donation to your favorite non-profit organization on your behalf. The amount of the incentive will vary by study, but will never be less that $25. The gift cards will be from Safeway, Kohl’s or Target.
Why am I not receiving emails?
If you have not received any emails from info@theclc.com it is possible that your email provider has flagged mail from the CLC as Spam. Please be sure to check your spam filter when you first register with us. To ensure you receive our emails, add info@theclc.com to your address book.
Fundraising FAQ's
How can I sign-up my Non-Profit Organization?
Non-Profit Organizations can choose the “Non-Profit Registration” option above to register. They will need to provide their contact information and tax ID#. The CLC will contact them for additional information like a completed W-9 form to complete the process.
Once registration is complete, members from the organization can choose to donate their incentive for participation to the organization versus accepting a gift card.
How often will my organization receive a check?
We typically pay organizations once a month. A letter will be attached to the check summarizing the members who have donated, the date of their participation, and the dollar amount earned.
How do I enroll myself with a Non-Profit Organization?
On your MyCLC page under Other Activities click "Enroll for fundraising for my Non-Profit Organization."
